In this chapter I introduce you to myself, my thoughts, and my writing style. The second section describes in detail the events that turned me into a ladies man and the reason I am me.
I was born on January 27th, 1984 in Halifax, N.S., Canada. I grew up in Sackville on the Lucasville Road. I was raised by my amazing mother Loraine and my awesome father Paul. They also had another child, Tyson (my brother) who is four years younger than myself. I lived in the house my father built 35 years ago, until I moved out on my own. |

I attended Harry R. Hamilton Elementary School, then Sackville Heights Junior High, then on to Millwood High School. In the summer of 2001, I joined the Communications Reserve and braved my basic training in Dundurn, Saskatchewan for nine weeks. I still remain active in the Reserves today.

After graduating high school in 2002, I was accepted to Saint Mary's University where I planned on studying Criminology with hopes of one day becoming a police officer. During my four years at university I was considered a 'bar star' and was downtown nearly every night. I still kept my GPA over 3.0 and barely missed any classes.
During that time I also took a motorcycle course with my father and a week later bought a 2003 Honda CBR 600RR. It was fast to say the least.

After four years I graduated from Saint Mary's University with a major in Criminology, and a double minor in Psychology and Sociology. I was unable to be at my graduation due to the fact I had to instruct a military course in Kingston, Ontario.
After the summer, I took a year off from school to work and party. Oddly enough, the courses I completed in university deterred me from becoming a police officer.
In the winter of 2007 I took a job at AML, Rogers Wireless to save money for my trip to Australia. In February 2008, I travelled there for five months. This is where I started writing my book.

I returned home in July 2008, just in time to celebrate my brother's 20th birthday. I lived at home for a month before going back to work with the Reserves, then found an apartment downtown.
My life was missing something until one day I stumbled upon my future wife Krissy. From then on I started getting my act together. I moved in with her and finished writing my book.

We now live together in Sackville, on the lake, down the street from where I grew up. Happy as two pigs in shit.
